Get Strong, Get Explosive, Get Healthy
Training at the Drayson Quarterback Academy is not your generic strength training. We work in highly focused, specialized settings to create the best program possible for our quarterbacks to develop and dominate on the field.
The first thing a player needs to be is available. An injury, specifically to the throwing arm, must be avoided at all costs. We put a tremendous focus on arm care, pre-hab, developmental exercises, and overall strengthing to ensure arm and shoulder health.
Quarterback Driven Programming
We never use a one-size-fits-all approach, especially with a quarterback. The position has a unique set of demands, including exceptional rotational power, an unusual amount of lateral mobility, and more. We train with the position in mind, in addition to individual strengths of each quarterback.
Explosive Power and Strength
Ultimately, while the demands on a quarterback are unique, the desire for physical outputs doesn't change. We'll create explosive, strong, quick athletes who create force quickly. Our guys are true athletes on the field.
