Practice Doesn't Make Perfect, Practice Makes Permanent Being willing to work hard is only half the battle. You need to direct that effort and sweat towards the right things. Consistent effort put towards the right drills, workouts, and resources is the best path to success. We remind our quarterbacks that practice doesn't make perfect, practice only makes permanent. Perfect practice makes perfect - bad practice makes you permanently bad. That's why getting the right coaching is so important. We make sure you get the most out of your sweat. Every session, every drill, every repetition has a purpose, taking small but intentional steps towards perfection. While the goal of perfection may not be attainable, the pursuit of that expectation is what allows us to find out what our best really is.

"Greatness isn't Chance, Greatness is a Choice. Choose Greatness."
Empowering Quarterbacks Through KnowledgeWe never want to be the sort of coaches who tell our players to do something "because we said so," or "because that's how it's always been done." We make a concerted effort to explain the reasoning behind everything we do. This means a few things - first, that we have a reason for everything we do. Whatever we instruct our quarterbacks to do, we have to be able to back up with research, logic, and results, because we're going to discuss it with them. Second, it means our quarterbacks will be involved in the development process. We want them to understand why we're doing things, how it's going to help them, and put them in a position to self correct in the future. We don't want players that need to use us as a crutch, we want players who develop self-efficacy and autonomy, taking control of their own futures.
